AWEMA is of the view that there needs
to be much better clarity between devolved and non-devolved
issues. it is important to have links for common constituency
boundaries so that issues such as immigration and asylum
can be effectively dealt with.
|

2.
|
It is our view that, even in non-devolved
issues, the Assembly must have a role to play. Some
of the most obvious area’s are
|
|
1) Law and order
2) Taxation and Fiscal policy
3) Defence
4) Foreign policy
5) Welfare reform
6) Economic Drivers
