| RESPONSE TO THE COMMISSION
ON THE POWERS AND ELECTORAL ARRANGEMENTS OF THE NATIONAL
ASSEMBLY FOR WALES |
| I have read some of the evidence
given to you with interest. |
| It seems there is one thing missing.
Whilst the public had the opportunity to vote for an Assembly
there does not appear to be a way in which the public
can ask for another referendum to establish whether the
Assembly should remain or be abolished. |
| So far as devolved matters are
concerned Health should be returned to Westminster as
whilst statistics show an improvement in England the opposite
is true of the situation in Wales. As we have a
National Health Service it should be administered centrally. |
