| The Commission is holding a full programme
of events and conducting two major consultation exercises
in order to receive the widest range of opinion and views
on the issues covered within its terms
of reference .
The range of evidence received so far includes written
submissions and oral representations from politicians,
senior civil servants and academics, responses to our
first consultation paper by institutions and the general
public, and written submissions and oral representations
from the general public through a local public meeting
programme.
